Read the Candidate’s context for planting found on the big post it sheet. Ask the group if there is a confidential issue to please let you know before you start discussion. If there is, pull that assessor aside to get the context and scope of the issue. This may mean you will have to facilitate the discussion without exposing the confidential issue. Explain to the team there is a confidential issue that has been raised and you will facilitate some segments in a vague way in order to protect the candidate. This is where you ask them to trust you and the process.
