Mac Lake

Visionary Architect

Mac has a passion for developing leaders especially in the area of church planting. He is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute (1984) and Dallas Theological Seminary (1990). In 1997, he planted Carolina Forest Community Church (Myrtle Beach, SC). In 2004, he began serving as Leadership Development Pastor at Seacoast Church (Charleston, SC) where he served for over six years. Today, Mac provides overall leadership to the Multiply Group team as well as serving as the Coaching Maximizer.  Mac and his wife, Cindy, live in metro Atlanta. You can follow Mac on his blog

Brian Bloye

Multiply Group Founder & President

Brian Bloye is the Founder and Lead Pastor of West Ridge Church. In addition to seeing the metro Atlanta area reached for Christ, he has a passion to see churches planted all over the world. In 1997, he and his wife, Amy, moved to the northwest Atlanta area to plant West Ridge Church. In just 17 years, West Ridge has grown to over 4500 in regular weekly attendance. The church has been involved in planting over 50 other churches around Georgia and the US. Six years ago, West Ridge launched the West Ridge School of Church Planting. Brian also has a passion to network churches together to transform communities here in the US and around the world. He is the Founder and President of Engage Atlanta, an organization that is bringing the pastors of Atlanta together for the purpose of community transformation. Brian has a B.S. degree from Liberty University and an M. Div. from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary. He also did two and a half years of further Masters work at Biblical Theological Seminary in Hatfield, PA. Brian and his wife Amy have two boys, Taylor, and Zachary. Brian enjoys investing in leaders and church planters, watching his boys play baseball and football, cycling, running, and spending time with his family.

Michele Barnett

Assessment Maximizer

Michele obtained her B.A. in Psychology and Religion from Berry College in Rome, GA. After graduating, she got her start in church ministry as a youth intern and then as the interim student minister at New Hope Baptist Church in Fayetteville, GA. After New Hope, she joined the team at Heritage Christian Church, also in Fayetteville, GA, holding positions in outreach ministry, student ministry, and communications and marketing. In 2012, she began working part time as a Relationship Manager for Miles Advisory Group and part time for Multiply Group. In 2013, she transitioned into the full-time role of Assessment Maximizer for Multiply Group where she has enjoyed the opportunity to serve potential church planters in the early stages of their planting journey. A native of south metro Atlanta, Michele enjoys serving at her church, spending time with her family and friends and traveling to new places both locally and abroad.

Zarat Boyd

Training Maximizer

Zarat has served on staff for over 3 years and currently is the Training Maximizer. She is responsible for directing the design, development, and execution of strategic training and development opportunities to effectively equip trainers in the Multiply Group systems. She has over 19 years of experience developing leaders and leadership teams. She is a professionally trained executive coach, certified personality trainer, certified relationship facilitator, certified emotional health consultant, advanced certified LifePlan facilitator, and certified strategic planner. She has served in two church plants for over 19 years in various roles such as founding member, volunteer, volunteer leader, researcher, staff member, director, executive leader, and board director. She and her husband, Damian, started Vertical Church, a family of believers “on mission” in the urban, collegiate community of Southwest Atlanta, Georgia. They celebrate over 14 years of marriage and over ten years of raising a gifted child with complex medical conditions. She has a Masters in Leadership and a Masters in Human & Organizational Systems. She is finishing up a PhD program in Human & Organizational Systems with her dissertation focus on experiences in church planting.
