Mike Seay

Mike and his wife Brianna are the parents of three beautifully wild young kids, Ryleigh( 5), Brooks (3) and Miller (Baby!). Mike is someone who carries an innovative spirit of discipleship to help bring into existence the “what could be” of a team. He believes there’s a great potential God has deposited into each of us and loves to equip others to maximize that potential.

For the past 15 years, Mike has been leading worship and developing worship and creative teams. He has led and developed teams in many different cultures, contexts, and sizes, and through each of these, he has seen healthy communities form. The South Carolina Baptist Association has partnered with Mike in the past to use his framework, “Building a Healthy Worship Community,” to develop Worship Pastors in regions around the state and he continues to coach and invest in worship leaders in and beyond SC.

He has also served in as Engagement Director position of a large church overseeing Small Groups, Connections, Guest Experience, and Global & Local Missions. He is always looking for ways to encourage and support what God is doing in his city of Charleston.
