Who We Are

Our mission is to equip multiplying leaders with reproducible systems to plant more healthy churches. We live out that mission through providing assessment, training, and coaching for networks, denominations, and city movements.

About Multiply Group

Multiply Group initially began through the passion, experience, and resources of West Ridge Church in the greater Atlanta, GA area. Led by their founding pastor, Brian Bloye, West Ridge has been an integral supporting partner to over 50 church plants since 2008. By 2010, the commitment to church planting was taken to the next level, as Multiply Group was formed with the help of several other like-minded churches, breaking the mold of traditional church-planting strategies.

Leadership Matters

Multiply Group’s track record of church planting has been coupled with Mac Lake's passion and ability to develop godly leaders. Before heading up the new team as the organization’s Visionary Architect, Mac successfully planted a church in 1997. He spent seven years as the Senior Pastor at Carolina Forest Community Church, and then another seven years as the Leadership Development Pastor at Seacoast Church, a multi-site church in Charleston, SC. Mac utilizes a relational leadership development style to foster the confidence and competencies of church leaders.

A Shift in Focus

Multiply Group initially started as a church planting network called LAUNCH. In 2014, we realized that a shift was needed in our ministry and subsequently became The Multiply Group. Instead of working directly with church planters, we now multiply our impact by working with the leaders of networks, denominations, and city movements. This shift in focus echoes our belief that church planters need strong, ongoing support from a parent church or organization in order to succeed.

We'd Love to Partner with You

If you’re responsible for developing leaders to plant healthy churches, we’d love to partner with you. Our passion to see the love and message of Jesus Christ spread around the world drives everything we do … and we know that church planting is one of the main methods for getting that done.

Let’s work together!
