Ben Griffin
Ben is not only a strategic facilitator but also an ordained pastor. Since graduating seminary in 2003 he has served as the outreach pastor at Woodbury Lutheran church, the founding pastor of theAlley church and as the Executive Director for the nonprofit LINC Ministries Int’l.
Ben has helped dozens of organizations large and small with their strategic planning. He is certified through Multiply Group, Auxano and LINC as a strategist. Ben is currently working on a leadership development book entitled “Leaders Start Here” and has authored a number of other strategic materials including LINC’s “Step-by-Step guide to starting a High-Impact Ministry”.
On his free time he produces ministry related videos and watches too many super-hero movies.
