Founded by Mac Lake in 2019, our organization draws upon a strong foundation from Mac's 30+ years in ministry, which includes; church planting, scaling a large multisite churches' leadership development processes, starting a church planting network and assessment, to helping hundreds of churches around the world build intentional strategies for developing more and better leaders. We are now a team with trainers across the US and around the world with the same mission, to equip you with an intentional approach to multiply healthy leaders because the mission of the Gospel is too great to be left to chance.
We provide several services to accomplish that mission and transform your organization. From Leadership Accelerator, a team training that teaches our eight-part framework to cultivate healthy, high-performing leaders within staff teams, to Leadership Pipeline Training, which equips your organization to build an intentional pathway and plan for developing leaders across the organization. Additionally, our Multiplying Church Workshop provides a two-day immersive experience where a group of churches collaboratively create plans to multiply healthy churches in and around their cities. We have also curated a Speakers Network to help support your team's ongoing training and development.
