Virtual Leadership Accelerator Cohort
Join this virtual Leadership Accelerator Cohort for staff teams of 10 or less and learn how to build a healthy and high-performing team.
You will get access to the Leadership Accelerator Video training that teaches you and your team how to build a healthy and high-performing team, along with four follow up coaching sessions with a certified coach.

The Virtual Cohort is designed for multiple Organizations to go through the Leadership Accelerator training together. This Cohort is for organizations with a team of 10 or under.
Each Organization’s Team will get their own access to the Multiply Group Leadership Accelerator video training which includes 8 sessions that will be completed by each team.
After each session, the cohort will gather in their Cohort with their trainer for a 90-minute virtual coaching call.
The coaching calls are designed to answer questions, check on progress and provide feedback on the teams' work. In the Virtual Cohort, you and your team will have the opportunity to learn from others who will be going through the process as well.
Virtual cohorts consist of video training that will be done individually by each team, along with four video coaching calls.
