Jason Smith

Jason “Smitty” Smith is an enthusiastic leader with experience in military, corporate and ministry settings. Smitty relates to people through his use of humor, story-telling and honest vulnerability around the everyday struggles, challenges, and joys in leadership. His life’s mission is loving people enough to share the good news of Jesus and his life as well (1 Thess. 2:8). Smitty and his wife Beth have been married for 25 years and they have three adult children. He has formal education in law enforcement, biblical studies, theology and psychology. Smitty also has over two decades of experience in pastoring and church-planting across urban, suburban and military communities. He specializes in helping leaders take next steps in communication, emotional health and team building. He has extensive experience is assessing, training and coaching church planters, pastors and staff members. He also enjoys helping leaders develop and/or refine vision, mission and values for their personal lives and organizations.
