In 2009, Joe felt the calling of the Lord to become a teacher of His Word and His ways. Since then, his journey has spanned across every corner of the globe, enabling him to minister to individuals of various ages and stages of life. Through these experiences, he has gained valuable insights into effectively aligning people, processes, and programs. His work encompasses diverse Church settings, ranging from small-scale to mega church, from newly established to long-standing, in both traditional and post-Christian contexts. His passion lies in collaborating with churches committed to purposefully equipping disciples who are dedicated to reproduction.
