Melanie Barnett

Melanie has a background in education and loves helping people become better leaders. Outside of work, Melanie enjoys scuba diving, reading, and going to the beach. Her favorite foods are pancakes and bacon, and she's always curious to learn more by studying at Seminary.

Melanie's professional journey began after she finished college at Berry College with a Biology degree. She worked as a Pharmacy Technician and later became a Middle School Science Teacher. For 12 years, she taught science and was even in charge of the Science Department. Melanie has a Master's Degree in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University.

After teaching, Melanie joined Disney as a Vacation Planner and made sure people had wonderful experiences. She also works as a Leadership Development Instructor for CI-CG, where she helps manufacturing leaders learn new skills.

At Multiply Group, Melanie's job as a Project Specialist involves building relationships with clients and creating effective systems. She's really passionate about Multiply Group's mission to teach and develop leaders. It reminds her of the Great Commission, which calls us to make disciples around the world. Being part of Multiply Group lets Melanie contribute to important work that helps build God's Kingdom. With her background in education, customer service, and project management, Melanie is dedicated to making a positive impact. She's excited to support leaders in different communities through her work at Multiply Group.
